In continuation of my despatch No. 221 of the
15th instant, I have the honour to transmit for your information
the enclosed copy of a letter from the Postal Authorities at
Peking, from which it would appear that further action in the mat-
ter of a Postal Agreement between China and Hongkong is unneces-
sary.
